arrival at Orlando International Airport, you
will be greeted by a Disney representative who
will direct you to the Disney Airport Welcome
Center in Terminal A. You will then depart
for your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel in a
complimentary motor coach while your luggage
goes straight from the plane to your room.
At the end of your stay, enjoy the same
convenience of Disney's Magical Express
service from your Walt Disney World®
Resort hotel to Orlando International Airport.

1.When will my Disney’s Magical Express
documents arrive?
Cruisecat will receive your Air
Transportation Booklet approximately two weeks
before your scheduled flight. Special delivery
arrangements will be made for bookings with 10
days or less until arrival.
2.How long will it take to get from the
airport to the Walt Disney World resort hotel?
You should expect about one hour and 40 minutes
of travel from the time you depart the airplane
until you arrive at their resort. This includes
the time it takes to visit the Disney Welcome
Center and board the motor coach at the airport.
Compare this to the time they would otherwise
spend waiting for luggage, securing their own
transportation and navigating their way to the
resort. Disney’s Magical Express is similar to a
cruise line or concierge service, since you will
have no worries about picking up luggage or
securing a taxi at the airport. Instead, you’ll
enjoy this time being entertained and
“hassle-free” aboard Disney's comfortable motor
coaches.
3.How long will it take for the luggage to
arrive from the airport?
Plan for approximately six hours between the
time you depart the airplane and the time your
bags arrive at the resort. Please bring a small
“day bag” for essential items you’ll need before
the luggage arrives (such as toiletries,
medicine or snacks for the children).
4.How long will it take to get from the Walt
Disney World Resort back to the airport for
departure?
Your departure time from the Walt Disney World
Resort will be approximately two hours and 45
minutes prior to their scheduled flight time.
This is done to allow for necessary airline
pre-boarding procedures and security checks.
NOTE: To ensure
seamless service, please make your Disney's
Magical Express reservation at least 30 days
in advance of your arrival date.
